Based on the data received since it was opened to this day, there were 15,000 complainants who complained to the City Hall, even though the same main points were opened at the mayor's office, sub-district, and urban village.

"They want to get a direct response from the Acting Governor to be more relieved," he expressed.

He assessed that most complainants were still in minor conflicts or minor issues, including those related to tree pruning, illegal parking, garbage, and so on.

"I hope the results of this public complaint can be immediately followed up by the Jakarta Provincial Government," he stated.
