Commission C Visits Complaint Service Post at City Hall

Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Commission C Member, Wibi Andrino, visited the public complaint service post at the City Hall Hall, which aimed at ensuring that the service process was conducive.

They want to get a direct response from the Acting Governor to be more relieved

According to him, the flow of the complaint post was correct. There were six tables for five municipalities and one county, as well as regional officers who take turns to serve the community.

"We see the complaint post which has just been reactivated by the Acting Governor, Mr. Heru Budi Hartono. Everything went well, conducive and there were no queues," he expressed.

Legislators Support PAM Jaya's 100 Percent Service

Based on the data received since it was opened to this day, there were 15,000 complainants who complained to the City Hall, even though the same main points were opened at the mayor's office, sub-district, and urban village.

"They want to get a direct response from the Acting Governor to be more relieved," he expressed.

He assessed that most complainants were still in minor conflicts or minor issues, including those related to tree pruning, illegal parking, garbage, and so on.

"I hope the results of this public complaint can be immediately followed up by the Jakarta Provincial Government," he stated.
